Important Notices About Your Catering Order: All orders are required to be placed one day in advance, except Carnitas and Pork in Green Chile, which require two days.

All orders include plates, forks and napkins based on the number of people in your party. We do not provide warming/serving trays or bowls.

There is a 10-person minimum on all orders except Smoked Spare Ribs, which require a 12-person minimum, and Carnitas and Breakfast Super Deal which require a 15-person minimum.

Delivery: Delivery is subject to a fee based on the amount of food and location.

Payments: A deposit is required before the date of the event. Cash or credit only. Personal checks are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Cancellation Policy: A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to all orders (except Carnitas) if the order is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the event. For Carnitas orders, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied if the order is canceled less than 4 days prior to the event. (Carnitas have a longer prep time). Cancellation fees will be deducted from the initial cash deposit or from the credit card left to hold the order.
